- Getting, accepting and easily working with the "Success Agreements" (code of conduct)
- Bringing an amazing amount of creativity and knowledge to their learning experience
- Quickly showing respect for each other and the facilitators, through their behavior and responses to questions
- Getting the concept to not give up initiated by a fun exercise
- Quickly moving from a place of low self-confidence and/or self-deprecating behavior to one of being self-confident and self-assured, catching their own negative behavior and demonstrating an understanding of their responsibility for themselves
- Demonstrating an understanding of what it takes to make a "good" decision
- Working hard at the "business" exercise and getting what it takes to be an entrepreneur in today's world.
- Demonstrating skills/talents in leaderhip, entrepreneurship, being a team player, active listening, creativity, and articulating their views.
